comfortable stay with room for improvement

The swimming pools provided great entertainment for my children, and we particularly loved the themed evenings that made dining fun. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The city view from our room added a lovely touch, making our mornings special.

The food variety was quite limited, becoming repetitive after several days.

Evening concerts often lasted until midnight, making some rooms noisy. it’s best to select a room away from the amphitheater.

The kids had a fantastic time at the swimming pools with slides, and we loved the themed dinner evenings that kept things interesting. The foam party was a hit, and the food really impressed us, especially the rich breakfast options. We appreciated the nice snacks and drinks available at the beach bar, which added to our enjoyment. it was a bit tricky trying to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants since they were fully booked throughout our stay.

the ice cream stand is a disaster, open only during stressful hours. Our room's noise was unbearable during late concerts. absolutely ridiculous that we didn’t even get a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience. almost thought to give a good review but just couldn’t. need to address these failings immediately!

Wifi was excellent everywhere. Room cleaning was inconsistent during our stay.

Perfect for families!

We spent 4 nights here and it was great! Kids loved the swimming pools with slides, and the evening shows were a blast. Breakfast was our fave, so much to choose from! The only thing was the snack bar at the pool could get crowded. Staff was super nice too.

the staff is super friendly and helpful. the pools are really nice and clean, and the food was delicious, especially the theme nights! loved the foam party it was so much fun. the kids loved the pools with slides, and the beach bar had amazing snacks. daily housekeeping was on point too, with little things like shampoo and cotton pads provided.

but the gym could use some more equipment and the a la carte restaurants were fully booked all week so we couldn't get in. also, the bathroom was a bit cramped.

The bathroom was so tiny that I almost got stuck in the shower! And let’s just say not all the food was a culinary masterpiece—some things needed a guiding compass.

The beach bar was a delight, serving amazing snacks and drinks all day! I really enjoyed the vibe at the pool bar, the cocktails were spot on, especially when I got to hang out with the lovely staff who remembered my order.

It wasn't cheap, being a family trip but still acceptable.

The hammam was fantastic, and the water slides added a blast of fun for the kids! Our family enjoyed the evening shows, which were entertaining. Plus, the gym facilities were top-notch.

Felt looked after, no complaints whatsoever.
